  • Due to the made to order nature of these handcrafted products, turnaround time is around 7-10 business days.

    Currently, we do not offer international shipping, but we do ship anywhere in the United States!

  • Due to this small business being family owned and operated on our little homestead, it truly just depends if and when we have the time to take on a custom order. If you are interested in something being custom made, please feel free to reach out and we will see what we can do.

  • WARM WEATHER: During hot weather, please be aware that tallow products may arrive in a semi-solid or liquid state. This is a natural response to higher temperatures.

    RESOLIDIFICATION: If your tallow product melts during shipping, place it in a cool area until it returns to room temperature again. Although its appearance and texture may change, this will not affect the quality or efficacy of the product.

    QUALITY ASSURANCE: We ensure that all products are kept and shipped in optimal conditions. However, we cannot control temperature variations during the shipping process.

  • We do not offer returns and exchanges on any of our items. With safety and hygiene in the forefront of this policy, we want to be able to guarantee every item you purchase from us is fresh and unused. By adhering to this strict policy we can proudly maintain the integrity of our products, which we believe to be in the best interest of both our customers and our business.

    Please carefully read product descriptions and ingredients before making a purchase. We are also always here to assist you and provide any additional information you may need, so please do not hesitate to reach out with any questions and concerns you may have.

    If you have received a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will be happy to assist you in resolving this issue. As melting is a natural characteristic of tallow, and does not affect its quality or efficacy, we do not deem it defective or damaged and therefore cannot accept returns or offer refunds for products that have melted during shipping.
